We were referred to Stephanie by one of her other clients and started working with her to research homes before we relocated from Virginia to Phoenix in summer 2019. Stephanie's outstanding communication, diligence and area expertise made what could have been a very stressful move a relaxing one. She took the time to give us a tour of the area when we visited, answered all of our (many!) questions and patiently showed us 15+ homes. In the end, when we found the home that was perfect for us, she used her expert negotiation skills to secure the property for us in a highly competitive market.
